Amenity Access

The Estates at Settlers Park community has  two swimming pools, a fitness center, multiple parks and is just across the street from Old Settlers Park - a large recreational area managed by the City of Round Rock.  There you will find extensive hike and bike trails, baseball fields, a fishing pond, soccer fields, practice football fields and a disc golf course.

The use of the Estates at Settlers Park Amenity Center and Equipment is for the sole use of the Estates at Settlers Park Homeowners Association owners and their invited guests ONLY. If you are in need of a replacement access card, please follow the link below.

Estates at Settlers Park Pool and Fitness Center

The pool and fitness center are located at 3000 Clinton Place.

Pool Hours:

The pool will be open each year from May (actual day will vary) through the last weekend in October, from 7:00 am – 9:30 pm each day.

Please be considerate of the neighbors living adjacent to the pool by keeping the noise down.

 

Fitness Center Hours:

5:00 am – 11:00 pm every day with access card.

Fitness Center Rules:

  • Exercise and use of this equipment is at your own risk.

  • Please follow instructions and guidelines posted on machines.

  • Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center under any circumstances. Baby carriages of any kind are not allowed.

  • Proper clothing and clean fitness shoes are required. (No swimsuits, jeans, sandals, work boots, etc.)

  • No food, drinks, gum, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in the fitness center. Water bottles only.

  • A maximum of two guests are allowed per household and must be accompanied by an adult card holder.

  • Be considerate and respectful of others. No profanity, roughhousing or other disruptive behavior or privileges could be revoked.

  • Only individual sound machines with ear phones are allowed.

  • Limit cardio workouts to 30 minutes max when others are waiting for

  • machine.

  • Do not sit on machines between reps if others are waiting.

  • Wipe down of equipment is mandatory after work out. Use paper towels and sanitizer provided.

  • Please clean up after yourself and do not leave personal items behind.

Pool Rules:

The gates are to remain locked at all times. The pool can be accessed with a pool card key and under no circumstances should the gates be propped open. Homeowners SHOULD NOT open the gate for anyone. If you do not have a key, or if your key does not work, please call Goodwin Management at (855) 289-6007 or email amenityaccess@goodwintx.com for assistance.

TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

 

  • Children ages seventeen (17) and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, aged eighteen (18) or older.

  • All guests must be accompanied by the registered homeowner and that homeowner must stay in the pool area at all times while their guest(s) are present. Each household may host only four guests.

  • Conduct by any person deemed to be dangerous, unreasonable or offensive (including horseplay) is not allowed and should be reported to the Estates at Settlers Park Homeowners Association Board, Pool Committee Members and/or Goodwin Management. Any Individual disciplined repeatedly or for serious infractions will lose all pool privileges for the rest of the season.

  • The baby pool is reserved for children ages five (5) and under. Adult supervision is required at all times for children in the baby pool.

  • Proper swim attire is required. No “cut offs” or street clothes are allowed. Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper.

  • If anyone in your party is found to have contaminated the pool due to improper swim wear, the cost of closing, cleaning and re-opening the pool will be to the appropriated homeowner.

  • No running, hopping, skipping or speed walking within the pool area. No diving, back flips or front flips from the sides of the pool. The water is too shallow and these dangerous activities may result in a head, neck or spinal injury.

  • Under no circumstances shall pets, bicycles, skateboards, scooters or motorized cycles be permitted within the pool fences.

  • Under no circumstances is alcohol, tobacco or Fire Arms allowed at the Amenity Center, including the park. Anyone seen engaged in the use will be subject to loss of privileges for a period to be determined by the Estates of Settlers Park Homeowners Association Board. Legal Action will be taken within the fullest extent of the law.

  • No glass containers allowed within the gated area. Food shall only be consumed in the sitting areas, away from the pool. No food allowed in the pool itself.

  • Flotation devices are allowed but may be limited based on the number of people in the pool. All floats must be smaller than two (2) feet by three (3) feet. Throwing of hard balls is not permitted.

  • Parents are responsible for the actions of their children. If children cannot swim, parents must be within arm’s reach of the children.

  • Lap lane usage - please allow those who want to swim laps full access to the lap lane in the upper pool.  Do not play or throw items into the lap lane while it is occupied by a swimmer.  This could cause injury to that individual.
